Pangasa Baby is a Spanish luxury babywear brand founded in 1971 in Baza (Granada, Spain). It designs and makes its collections from newborn to 24 months —rompers, bloomers, first outfits, dresses, two-piece sets, jesusín sets, bonnets, cardigans, knitted coats and personalised blankets— and sells them online at pangasababy.com and through a network of children's fashion boutiques.

Where is Pangasa Baby clothing made?

In Spain. The whole process —from design to finishing— takes place in our 3,000 m² facilities in Baza (Granada), where we have worked since 1971.

What kind of baby clothes does Pangasa make?

Classic, traditional Spanish babywear with a premium finish: rompers, bloomers, first outfits, jesusín sets with bloomers, two-piece sets, dungarees, dresses, blouses, knitted coats, plus accessories such as bonnets, hats, booties, leggings and knitted blankets that can be personalised with the baby's name.

Materials, sizes and care

What materials does Pangasa Baby use?

It depends on the season and the garment. In autumn-winter we mainly work with knitwear (Dralon® acrylic: soft, warm and non-itchy) alongside cotton pieces; in spring-summer, 100% cotton. The exact composition is shown on each product page.

Is Pangasa Baby clothing safe for a baby's skin?

Yes. Our garments are certified to Öko-Tex Standard 100 Class 1, the strictest class, which applies to items in contact with a baby's skin and guarantees the fabrics contain no harmful substances. We also comply with European children's clothing safety rules on securing buttons and trims.

What sizes are available?

From newborn to 24 months. Some outerwear goes up to 5 years, and blankets are one size. Each product page lists the sizes available for that style.

How should Pangasa baby knitwear be washed?

Machine wash cold (30 °C) on a delicate cycle, dry flat in the shade, and do not tumble dry or use bleach. Each product page includes its care instructions.

Can the blankets be personalised with the baby's name?

Yes. Our personalised shawls and blankets carry the baby's name, which you enter when ordering. See the Blankets collection. As personalised items, they cannot be returned unless faulty.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Within Spain (mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) shipping is free on orders of €60 or more, and €8 below that. Shipping to Portugal, Italy, the rest of the EU and outside the EU costs €50. The exact cost is always shown before you confirm the order. See the shipping policy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours. Delivery then takes 24-48 business hours to mainland Spain and about one week to the Balearic Islands, Portugal, Italy and the rest of the EU. Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and non-EU destinations also require customs clearance.

Which countries does Pangasa Baby ship to?

All of Spain, Portugal, Italy and the rest of the European Union, and outside the EU to Australia, Canada, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Switzerland.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return an order?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to tell us, by emailing pangasa@pangasa.com with your order number. Items must be unworn with the original label. In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands we collect the parcel from your home for €8, deducted from the refund. See the full returns policy.

Can I exchange an item for another size?

We do not make direct size exchanges: please return the item and place a new order in the size you need.

What if an item arrives faulty?

It is covered by the 3-year legal guarantee at no cost to you. Email pangasa@pangasa.com with your order number and photos of the fault and we will sort it out.
